According to the Wyoming State Board of Nursing, to become a Board recognized Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) you will need to complete a master’s degree nursing program in a clinical specialty or advanced practice nursing specialty. National certification in the specialty related to the master’s degree specialization is also required.
