Licensed Practical Nursing Programs in Florida
Florida Board of Nursing approved LPN training programs must meet educational standards set by the Board of Nursing. LPN classes will cover nursing theory, CPR and related courses as well as include clinical site experience. Clinical experience entails direct patient contacts and care with a licensed health care provider/preceptor. During the clinical portion, the LPN student gains hands on experience in patient care and preparation for what they will be doing once they become a licensed practical nurse.
