LPN Programs in Utah
Completing an LPN program approved by the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing is required for a new LPN seeking licensure by examination in the state of Utah. LPN schools in Utah have varying admission requirements, some more stringent than others. Common requirements to be aware of include possession of a high school diploma or GED, TEAS exam and a College entrance exam (ACT, etc).
